A: Yes, but you must inform us in advance. During customization, we will reserve mounting holes in appropriate locations on the arm or pole body and reinforce the structural strength of the area.

A: The standard process (design confirmation 1-2 days → material processing 3-5 days → hollowing and cutting 2-3 days → anti-corrosion treatment 3-5 days → assembly and inspection 2-3 days) is 12-20 days in total. Urgent orders can be expedited, but details are subject to negotiation.
Q3: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available. A sample fee is required. The sample production lead time is 7-10 days. We will provide a sample confirmation form, and we will proceed with mass production after confirmation to avoid deviations.
