Made from high-quality low-carbon steel sheets, such as Q235, the poles are bent in one operation using a large-scale bending machine, resulting in minimal straightness errors. The pole wall thickness typically ranges from 3mm to 5mm. Automatic submerged arc welding ensures high-quality welds. For corrosion protection, the poles are hot-dip galvanized internally and externally, achieving a zinc coating thickness exceeding 86µm. Electrostatic spraying is then applied to achieve a coating thickness of ≥100µm, ensuring strong adhesion and a corrosion resistance lifespan exceeding 20 years.
